If there's one place that you are VERY likely to run into me......it would be Lois' Natural Marketplace in Scarborough! They also have a store on India Street in Portland, Maine, but Scarborough is way more convenient for me, personally. There's so much I could say about Lois' - the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable; most of them know me by name lol. They can help you with anything from medication/herbs, plant-based protein powder, essential oils, locally-grown organic produce/meats or you might just want to pop in and enjoy their homemade soups and sandwiches!

Lois' lists all of their eat-in or take-out food options with symbols for Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc. (example, see pic below for their soups yesterday - Yes......I was there getting lunch, again!).
