J-Town Deli & Country Store ~ Jackson, New Hampshire

Oh my dear sweet, J-Town Deli! This place has so much country charm, it'll almost give you a southern accent by the time you leave! Between the food selection, which I was almost drooling over, the quirky, unique antiques (anyone who knows me knows I love antiques) and the wine selection - we all need a bottle when we're on vacation.....It took me a bit to take it all in! I seriously think I was in there for over an hour just to order sandwiches ~ and I promise you it wasn't due to a lack of fast service! ;)

I had googled, "Gluten Free Jackson, NH", prior to an annual vacation to the area but I wasn't prepared for what I was about to discover! This New England Bistro and Emporium is a hidden gem! Located in the small town of Jackson, NH, (just a short trip from North Conway, NH) with a beautiful scenic drive through the Honeymoon Covered Bridge to get there! J-Town is ideal for take-out, dine in breakfast, lunch and take-out dinner. They even hold beer tasting events throughout the year (check out the J-Town Deli Blog for updates!).

If you live gluten free and/or just love country charm, delicious sandwiches (I ordered a GF classic Italian and even talking about it is making me consider another drive there in the near future!). dinners to go, bakery items/sweets, wine, beer, antiques/local crafts........you might just want to drive a little bit out of the way to check this place out! Make a day of it: Grab a sandwich, go sit by Jackson Falls, take a picture at the Honeymoon Covered Bridge or just bring food home and have your whole family/friends ask you where you got it!
